About the Cabin

Welcome to Havarti Haus, where modern Scandinavian design meets White Mountain serenity.

We wanted to create a space that was serene and restful and immersed in the natural world around it. We’ve also taken great care to design this cabin with Universal Design principles for accessibility in mind.

We believe that when you stay here, you'll fall in love with the space. If you have mobility challenges, we trust the design will make your vacation easier. If you don’t have mobility challenges, you might not even notice the Universal Design elements—but that’s exactly our intention.

Cabin Details

  • Primary Suite

    A spacious sanctuary with a king-size bed and large windows overlooking the serene woodland scenery. The ensuite bath has a custom floating vanity and curbless walk-in shower.

    Nestled in a cozy nook, this queen-size bed provides comfort and accessibility, perfect for guests needing easier access. The hallway bathroom is wheelchair accessible with a curbless roll-in shower.

    This room boasts a luxurious king-size bed and includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub for added convenience.

    A versatile space with two trundle beds, accommodating up to 4 guests in twin-size beds, ideal for extra guests or children.

  • Kitchen

    The well-equipped kitchen boasts sleek, modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or gather around the island for a quick bite.

  • Great Room

    Featuring lofted ceilings and stunning walls of windows on both the north and south sides, offering picturesque views of the surrounding woods. The open layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space for gatherings with family and friends.

  • Mudroom

    A spacious area equipped with cabinetry and a ski and snowboard rack, ensuring convenient storage for all your gear after a day on the mountains.

  • Outdoor Spaces

    Full length deck with recently added gas-fired Weber grill, a 6-person dining set, 2 lounge chairs, and a 6-person hot tub.

    Off the deck is a fire pit with a Solo stove and 4 Adirondack chairs.
